Do you want to exchange or return your product? Then follow the RMA procedure as explained below and Xoot.nl will provide you with the best possible service.
How do I request an RMA procedure?
- Log in with your user data on our webshop. Then click on 'RMA' and choose which product you want to exchange or return.
- Select "Request new RMA".
- Choose your: order number, product, return options and shipping information. Try to describe your return as well as possible.
- Submit your application for an RMA.
What happens after I submit an RMA procedure?
Your request will be sent to Xoot.ei and will be handled by our team.
How does the RMA procedure work?
- Our team reviews your RMA request and assesses whether you need to ship your product to us or whether we can come to a solution remotely.
- If your request has been approved, you may ship your product to us.
- We will keep you informed by sending a notification to you.
- You will receive a track & trace number when your product is returned.
NOTE: we only accept products that have passed the RMA procedure completely and without errors. If this is not the case, we will have to refuse your application.
Exchange within 14 days
We only accept RMA (products) requests that have been purchased within 14 calendar days. Was your purchase more than 14 calendar days ago? Then there is a good chance that we will have to reject your submitted RMA.
NOTE: We only exchange products up to 2 weeks after your purchase. In case of damage to your product, you can exchange or return up to 60 days after your purchase.
PLEASE TEST AND REVIEW THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE INSTALLING IT.
What is not covered by warranty:
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept the product under warranty in the following cases:
-Without our stamp or labels
-Incorrectly bent cables
-Damaged by tampering
-Physical damage to the product
- Displays or batteries that have been installed completely, test before installing!
What happens if the package has been damaged during transport?
Please don't accept the package; If you accept it (in this case, please write on the delivery note of the carrier that you have received them in these conditions), you have 48 hours to inform us and request an authorization for your return; for this we need you to provide us with the following:
- Photos from the front and behind the box
- Photos of the front and back of the damaged product (or products)
- Please keep the damaged box until we give you instructions.
Did you receive the wrong products?
Contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.
Have you ordered the wrong products?
If this happens, please contact us and we will help you. In this case we can only accept products purchased in the last 14 days.
The return products must be returned in excellent condition, original packaging, including all its components and / or accessories, without marks, without labels, etc.
The return shipping costs will be at your expense.

- Enter the order number and your email with which you received the item you want to process under warranty.
- Add the products from the list that you want to return.
- Describe (in the empty text field) as detailed as possible, the reason why the product is being returned. Always upload a picture of the product and packaging before shipping it back.
- Our team will receive your request and follow up with you.
- Once the product is received and approved, you will receive a credit note. You can choose to receive a discount code for your next purchase, or have us refund you the paid amount via bank transfer.
Returns are processed within 30 days.
THE CREDIT OF YOUR RETURN WILL BE MADE AFTER THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND REVISED IN OUR RMA DEPARTMENT. IF YOU NEED THE PRODUCT, YOU MUST RE-ORDER THE SAME.
